And that literal crappy coffee is actually coffee beans that have been fermented and passed through Indonesian cats. What?? Yes, Kevin Sinnott, Head Bean Thinker of CoffeeCon, a coffee lovers' local oasis of all things coffee, brought in a bag of "Kopiluwak Coffee", that is $500/lb! Cats eat the raw coffee cherries (they're picky), and since the beans are not digestable, they pass, and a lucky group of Indo-dudes pick out the coffee beans, clean them, process, roast, and sell them to some deep pockets. Kevin brought us a bag to try. And we did. DE-LI-CIOUS. It doesn't taste like s*** after all.
