95.9 WERV/NextMedia Operating Inc. Official Citgo Gas Card Contest Rules

1. No purchase necessary
2. Must be a U.S. resident
3. Must be 18 years of age or older unless otherwise specified.
4. Void where prohibited
5. Your household may win a maximum of one (1) prize valued over $500.00 every 6 months and one (1) other prize valued under $500.00 every 30 days
6. All federal, state, and local laws apply
7. Employees and their immediate family members of 95.9 The River, its parent, affiliate, subsidiary & successor companies, and contest sponsors, other Chicago area radio stations are not eligible to participate.
8. Contesting will start December 31^st thru January 4th.
9. Listeners will be encouraged to listen to Mackay in the Mornings for their chance to win a $100 Citgo Gas Card.  Listeners will also be encouraged 95.9 The River for details on how they could win the $100 Citgo Gas Card online at 959TheRiver.com.
10. Listeners can enter to win by going to 959TheRiver.com and entering the keyword “Gas.” That will bring them to a jump page where they can fill out their contact information to enter in the contest.
11. On January 4^th all winners will be picked for the $100 Citgo Gas Card.
12. Prize is valued at $100.
13. Prize will be given in the form of a Gift Card
14. Prizes are non-transferable
15. Winners must present proper identification, including proof of age and U.S. residency and may be asked to sign a contest release form to claim prizes.
16. If prize is not claimed within 30 days, prize will remain the property of 95.9 The River/NextMedia Operating Inc.
17. Winners are responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes due as a result of claiming prizes.
18. By claiming prizes, the winners consent to the use, without additional compensation, of their names, likenesses and/or voices for promotion or advertising purposes.
19. For call-in contests, only calls to the specified phone number are eligible for entry.
20. 95.9 The River will not be responsible for busy lines, disconnection, poor connections, computer malfunctions, illegible, lost, late, or misdirected email, faxes, mail, or any other circumstances.
21. For all 95.9 The River movie contests, arrive early as advance-screening passes distributed in excess of capacity and late arrivers may be turned away by theatre for safety reasons, in which the winner forfeits the prize
22. All claims are subject to verification by 95.9 The River, whose decision is final as to all contest-related matters.
23. Specific contest may have additional or amended contest rules
