Come out and play in the “Battle of the Ballybands”! Every Wednesday starting at 8 p.m. at all three Ballydoyle Irish Pub locations!
Contest Rules:
Bands must sign up at any Ballydoyle location, sign a release form and provide requested information to qualify.

NO BATTLE OF THE BALLYBANDS ON ST. PATRICK’S DAY, WEDNESDAY MARCH 17
To enter, visit your local Ballydoyle Pub at 8 p.m. sharp to sign in. Each band in attendance will be allowed to perform a minimum of two songs for a panel of judges who will rate the performance on a scale of 1-10. Factors influencing judges’ decisions will include: 1. Overall performance quality, 2. Stage presence, 3. Musicianship, and 4. Audience reaction. Ties will be decided by judges’ preference. Performance audio will be recorded by Ballydoyle personnel. The top band from each location will have their performance recording featured in one of three rotating, :60 commercials running on 95.9 The River, WERV, Friday – Monday from 8-10 p.m., provided they sign the official contest copyright release form. DECISIONS OF THE JUDGES ARE FINAL.
Ballybands Monthly Playoffs
Thursdays: 4/8, 5/6, 6/3 ALL LOCATIONS
Winners will be chosen based on audience voting. Winners will advance to the Semi-Finals. The four weekly winners will play in the Ballybands Monthly Playoffs at all three Ballydoyle locations. Bands will have a 30-minute set.
Ballybands Semi-Finals:
Saturday, 6/5, ALL LOCATIONS
Winners will win the Career Kickstart Package and the 10-hour block of studio time and advance to the Grand Finals.

The monthly winners (three from each location) will play in the Ballybands Semifinals on Saturday, 6/5 at all locations.
Bands will have a one-hour set. Winners will be chosen based on audience voting, so bring all your fans.
Ballybands Grand Finals:
Saturday, 6/12, AURORA LOCATION ONLY
The Battle of the Ballybands Grand Finals will take place. The top bands from each location will compete for the Grand Prize. Bands will play a 90-minute set. Winners will be chosen based on Judges’ decisions.
Band members must all be at least 21 years of age.
