Lets talk about sleep. How many of you really think you are getting enough? And how do you know when you get a bad night of sleep?
Believe it or not, the average person only gets 7 really good night sleeps every month. 7! Man…that should be higher. Your body needs time to rest and re-cooperate from your average day. So what signs indicate you got a bad night sleep?
Yawning all morning
Productivity slips the next day

Skipping you morning routine

Not going out for that extra drink after work, recording a late night movie instead of watching it late, or simply going to bed earlier seems to help.
