Lets talk about sleep.  How many of you really think you are getting enough?  And how do you know when you get a bad night of sleep?

Believe it or not, the average person only gets 7 really good night sleeps every month.  7! Man…that should be higher.  Your body needs time to rest and re-cooperate from your average day.  So what signs indicate you got a bad night sleep?

Yawning all morning

Productivity slips the next day

Bad mood all day

Headaches

Skipping you morning routine

Can’t keep your eyes open

So how can you combat this? Click HERE for a few ways to bounce back from a bad night sleep.  I have noticed that as I get older, I value my rest.  Not going out for that extra drink after work, recording a late night movie instead of watching it late, or simply going to bed earlier seems to help.  Value your rest…and do what you can to get your 7-9 hours a night.  Pleasant Dreams!
