WE ARE AURORA STRONG: On Friday, February 15, 2019, the Aurora community experienced a horrific tragedy with the shooting at the Henry Pratt company.

The City of Aurora, APD, AFD and other public safety officials are helping to raise funds for the families of those who sadly lost their lives: Russell Beyer, Vicente Juarez, Clayton Parks, Josh Pinkard and Trevor Wehner.

The #AuroraStrong Community Fund is officially administered by the City to relieve the extreme financial burdens families are experiencing during this difficult time.

Lastly swing by Luigi’s Pizza and Fun Center and just thank them for closing down their business on Friday to support and feed our first responders.  They had this to say on Facebook.

Wow. Thank you so much for all the comments and phone calls supporting our family business.

Feeding the first responders last night was a no-brainer. A way our small family was able to help give back to people who put their lives on the line for our community.

We did not anticipate the outpouring of people wanting to contribute to the cause or visit our facility.

In times like this everyone wants to feel like they can help in some way. We are hearing your kind words and working to set up something so that we can accept your gracious contributions and distribute them to the people victimized in yesterday’s shooting AND help us continue to support the law enforcement. Please be patient while we navigate this and stay tuned.

Aurora is strong, our first responders are amazing and the community pulling together in times like these is what life is all about.

We have set up a collection account so that we can provide more for our First Responders in the near future. Here is that link…
