Big Love tonight! (Nothing to do with polygamy.)

Extra, extra — big concert tonight!  Def Leppard drummer Rick Allen and his wife Lauren Monroe will be hosting a star-studded charity livestream tonight at 8.

The ‘Big Love Benefit Concert’ will include appearances by Billy Idol, Bret Michaels, Tommy Shaw, Wynonna Judd, and the Allman Betts Band!  The show will benefit the Sweet Relief Musician’s Fund and Allen and Monroe’s Raven Drum Foundation.

It “airs” tonight, Saturday the 23rd at 8:00 on a website called nugs.tv.

Let me ask you — when you have distant seats at a concert, don’t you find yourself looking at the video screens more than straight at the stage?  I’m wondering if people won’t start to like streamed concerts better than going to real ones.

Probably not.  But tonight should be cool.
