Boosting Your Health, Easily and Naturally.

Hi this is Leslie Harris, and many of us are concerned about our health, especially lately. There are plenty of things you can do to boost your overall immunity. Here are just some ideas:

Are you drinking enough water? This is so important! Water is good for your immune system, and just about every system of your entire body. Try to drink filtered water if possible.

Limit your starchy and sugary foods. Starch turns to sugar, and sugar suppresses your immune system. Starchy foods include all grains, like bread and pasta, as well as potatoes. Even whole wheat bread is mostly starch.

Up your intake of produce, especially vegetables.Raw or lightly steamed is usually best, and skip or reduce the fatty sauces and the breading.

Increase your anti-inflammatory foods like olive oil, nuts and salmon.

Take your vitamins and supplements! Vitamin C, D3 and zinc have all been proven to strengthen the immune system.

Get some exercise. This is good for your mind, your body and your soul.

And finally, make sure you are getting enough rest. This is one of the most important things you can do to keep yourself strong and healthy.
