Bowling For Cats! (no, not like THAT, you sicko…)

Leslie Harris here, and you may know that I’m kind of crazy about cats. I also love getting together with my friends for a good time, and there’s a really fun event that combines both.

I volunteer with an organization called St. Sophia’s Forgotten Felines. We help great cats that are lovable, and bring lots of joy to people, and we even place cats that aren’t perfect. Maybe they’re missing an eye, or a leg, but they still have so much love to give.

The Big Meowski is coming to Westmont in a couple of weeks. This is going to be a family fun event, and your ticket includes the bowling, shoe rental, pizza, salad and dessert. There’s also going to be raffles and a silent auction, and all the proceeds go to help save the lives of countless cats and kittens.

Come on out to this FUNdraiser on Sunday May 5th at Suburbanite Bowl in Westmont. Also if you have goods or services to donate, we’d love to add to our raffle, and if you’d like to buy a raffle tickets, send me a note.
