Break Up Because Of Sleep Compatibility?

Break ups are never easy…but would you end a relationship because the person wasn’t “Sleep Compatible”?  People have broken up over less!

I suppose if you are going to spend the rest of your life with someone you do not want to sign up for a lifetime of terrible sleep.  Turns out 3 out of 5 people say they would break off a new relationship if the person wasn’t sleep compatible with them.

That means: Someone who wants the same room temperature as you, same mattress firmness, and someone who wants the TV on or off as you go to sleep, and if you should make physical contact as you sleep…or be far apart.

This survey found the average person has 26 nights of bad sleep every year to try and accommodate their significant other’s sleeping needs.

Has a relationship of yours ever ended because of this?  Or how did you resolve the problem?  Share your thoughts on our Facebook page!
