Hey, it’s Rich Dale.
The great thing about LEGO is that even with the sets where you build something specific, you can always take it apart and build anything you want. For that reason, I’ve always thought that LEGO was one of the coolest toys out there, because it lets kids really use their imagination.
Kids?! What am I saying! This set is actually labeled on the box “18+”. Yep, LEGO has announced a new 1,074 piece Fender Stratocaster set! It includes the famed guitar, with the body built in either red or black bricks, complete with a display stand, and an accompanying 1965 Princeton Reverb amp. Other highlights include a movable whammy bar, tuning pegs, and a stylized guitar strap. And it’s all pretty realistic.
The LEGO Fender Stratocaster set goes on sale on October 1st and will cost about $100, which isn’t bad as far as some LEGO sets go.
Now adults can truly rock on with LEGOs!
