Yorkville Rudolph Run 5K and Jingle Jog Family Fun Run

Are you ready to run, walk, and have a great time at Yorkville Holiday Races on Saturday, November 18?
Walkers are runners are encouraged to join us for the 1-mile Jingle Jog Family Fun Run (2:30pm) and the Rudolph Run 5K (4:00pm), departing from the Yorkville American Legion Post #489 (9054 E Veterans Pkwy, Yorkville, IL 60560), and help support the Knights of Columbus Helping Hands Program. The Rudolph Run 5K is a professionally chip-timed race suitable for beginners and experienced runners alike; while the Jingle Jog Fun Run is a laid-back, non-competitive 1-mile run, great for families with younger runners, participants who may be newer to race-running, and anyone looking to have a great time while supporting their community. So Run, Run Rudolph! It’s time to help the Knights of Columbus spread some Christmas cheer to families in need! By participating in either the Rudolph Run 5K or the Jingle Jog Family Fun Run, a portion of your registration will help support the Knights of Columbus to provide food and toys to families in need within Kendall County this Christmas! Both walkers and runners of all ages are welcome to participate!

Santa delivered some extra special gear this for this year’s race! ALL registered participants for both runs will receive a custom finisher medal (subject to availability for day-of race registrants). Plus, anyone registered by Wednesday, October 25 will receive a Commemorative Rudolph Run Performance Micro Poly Long Sleeve Shirt (Youth & Adult Sizes Available) or a 2023 Jingle Jog Family Fun Run Hoodie!

More than just running, there’s so much fun to be had!
Just like Rudolph led the way on Christmas Eve, we are encouraging runners and walkers in the Rudolph Run and Jingle Jog to light up the race with your favorite ugly sweaters and other festive gear! The most festive Adult (18+), Child (17 & Under), and Group will win the best dressed trophy at the end of the race!

After the races, runners can enjoy a sweet treat and warm up with a cup of hot chocolate at the Stephen Alan Salon Hot Cocoa Bar inside the Yorkville American Legion and take photos at the festive photo op! If you’re running the Jingle Jog, be on the lookout for Santa! Santa didn’t want to miss the fun this year and will be available for pictures during the event from approximately 1:30-3:30pm for those participating and registered within the Jingle Jog Fun Run!
