Foxfire Hosting Charity Night to Help Fellow Geneva Business Rebuild After Fire

Running a local business is hard. Restaurants and breweries are some of the hardest. So when a fire destroys much of the space and forces you to close your doors for an extended period of time, well, that could be enough to close your doors for good.

That’s what the folks at Stockholm’s Restaurant and Brewery are facing right now. Thankfully though, their business is in Geneva, a town known for its local business community coming together to help those in need!

On the night of July 31st, a fire broke out in the kitchen of Stockholm’s.

They’ve been closed ever since to clean up and come back stronger than ever.

Many of the local Geneva businesses have reached out to help. Craft Urban organized a fund raiser to help the Stockholm’s rebuild, and now Foxfire is doing the same.

Foxfire’s A Night to Give is Tuesday, September 3rd from 6:00-9:00.

Enjoy their Famous Burger Special on Tuesday (as they will be closed on Monday). A portion of the sales from the event will be donated to Stockholm’s! A tip line to help the Servers and Bartenders will also be on every bill!

It’s great to see neighbors helping neighbors. That’s what being a part of this great community is all about. We applaud Foxfire for their efforts and wish Stockholm’s a speedy re-opening!
