Game Show Champ “Jeopardy James” Holzhauer Grabs 23rd Consecutive Win

He did it again! James Holzhauer, the Naperville native who has shattered just about every record on “Jeopardy!,” returned to the show Monday (after a two-week hiatus) to do what he seems to do best… WIN!

Holzhauer went up against new competitors for this 23rd consecutive win on the show after the annual Teacher’s Tournament. He already had earned nearly $1.7 million before Monday’s game, where he won an additional $89,229!

Since starting his run on the game show, Holzhauer (who now lives in Vegas) has snagged most of the show’s records for daily winnings.

However, he still has a long road ahead of him before he overtakes Ken Jennings when it comes to longevity on the show. Jennings won 74 consecutive games on “Jeopardy!” in 2004.

Traffic Reporter Jan is already so annoyed with James’ success on the show (nobody really knows why), but this Tweet will make him even more mad because of how much he hates Tom Brady!! Haha.
