Go Brewing: The Story of Illinois’ First Local Non-Alcoholic Craft Brewery Right Here in Naperville

There are times when you want to drink a craft beer, but need to limit the alcohol. Right now, your choices are few, and those choices aren’t necessarily locally-made.

Starting in the Summer of 2022, you will be able to enjoy a non-alcoholic craft IPA, stout, sour or whatever else the folks at Go Brewing dream up…and it will all be made right here in Naperville.

Nick went out to the sight of their new brewery, which happens to be the old 2 Fools Cidery location, and spoke with owner Joe Chura and head brewer James Bigler about how and why they are diving into the world of locally made non-alcoholic craft beer.
