Go Fund Me Set Up After Parents of Four Children Killed In I-55 Auto Accident

It doesn’t get any more heartbreaking than this, reported today by our sister station 1340 WJOL.

While driving southbound on I-55 near Wilmington on Tuesday, an alleged drunk driver going northbound in the southbound lanes and hit another car. That car held the Dube family. Devastatingly, 35-year-old Ronald Dube and 34-year-old Kelly Quinlan-Dube of Emington did not survive. Thankfully, three of their four children, who were also in the car, survived with serious but not life threatening injuries.

The only reason their eldest daughter was not in the car at the time is because she was just dropped off at her aunt’s for a sleepover.

A Go Fund Me has been set up to help the family.
