Happy National DJ Day!

Hi this is Leslie Harris, and today is National DJ day. I usually don’t acknowledge this day, because it feels a little silly to me, but this year I decided to jump in. I’ve had a pretty long career, and I’m grateful to have worked at so many great stations, including here at 95.9 The River. Here’s my list:

WFVH, Arlington Hts (my 10 watt, High School radio station!)

WCRX, Columbia college’s radio station

Us99. Yep, I worked at a country station

WCKG-FM My first rock station

WLS I got to work with so many that I grew up listening to like Fred Winston and John Landecker

WFYR It was a job, and it was a nice place to work
