Here Are The Learning Plans for All Illinois School Districts

The Illinois State Board of Education has a handy dashboard for us to see what all the districts around the state are planning for this school year – in-person, remote or blended.

You can click the image above and take in a lot of up-to-date information. It’s interesting to see each district on a map and how they are handling this upcoming year.

What has become clear to me is that there is really no right way to go about this. No matter which decision a school board makes, there will be people upset and people that can potentially be harmed, either by the virus, or by the harms that come from isolation (which is a very real thing).

Good luck to all the educators and parents trying to navigate the new year. I firmly believe that after a few weeks, everyone will find their groove and will make this best of this really crappy situation!
