The big game is finally here. I…like many others will probably drink too much and eat too much. So Monday is a hard day to recover. How can you recover quicker? Well according to USA Today here are some tricks to help.
- Get rid of leftovers. Give them to your guests
- Do NOT skip breakfast.
- Hydrate! Lots of H2O
