The big game is finally here.  I…like many others will probably drink too much and eat too much.  So Monday is a hard day to recover.  How can you recover quicker? Well according to USA Today here are some tricks to help.

  1.  Get rid of leftovers. Give them to your guests
  2. Do NOT skip breakfast.
  3. Hydrate! Lots of H2O
