How to Watch “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” for Free

You’ve probably noticed in recent years that “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” hasn’t aired on ABC.  Well, it’s because Apple acquired the rights to the “Peanuts” catalog back in 2020.

But to show some holiday spirit and in recognition of the special’s 50th anniversary, Apple TV+ allowed non-subscribers to watch it for FREE last weekend, Saturday and Sunday, the 18th and 19th. There’s still another way you can watch it though.

A seven-day free trial is also available if you want to watch it ON Thanksgiving.  After the trial, Apple TV+ is $9.99 a month, but that’s about the same price as buying “A Charlie Brown Thanksgiving” on DVD, so maybe go that route and cancel the subscription once you watch it.
