I Coughed. Don’t Hate Me.

Hey there, Leslie Harris in for Mitch Michaels, and I have been suppressing my coughs in public for a year and a half.

I have allergies, and I’ve seen a few different healthcare professionals about it.

But I continue to cough.

Recently, I got a bad cold, and my cough got much, much worse. I sound like I have COVID, and I even went and had a COVID test, just to be on the safe side. The test came back negative.

And I continue to cough.

I’ve gone back to wearing a mask in public, because even though this is not COVID, I don’t want to spread it. I get dirty looks. Are they from anti-maskers? Are they from provaxers?

I don’t know, but if you hear someone coughing near you, or you see someone wearing a mask where no one else is, just stay away from them and give them a break. Or maybe even give them a kind glance.
