I Just Bought a Beer Barrel…Now What? Give Me Your Ideas!

I could use your creative ideas here!

I just acquired this bourbon barrel that Metal Monkey Brewing in Romeoville used to age some beer. I think it’s a very cool piece to have in the basement that I plan on finishing soon!

Thanks to the guys at @metalmonkeybrew for the new home/office decor! It even fit perfectly into the trunk! Kinda like it was meant to be. Now…I need ideas on what to do with this bad boy.

In the mean time, it’s chilling here in my office as a cool conversation piece/file holder.

Eventually I’d like to do something cool with it, but I’m having some trouble coming up with ideas.
