If You’ve Ever Wanted A Cow of Your Very Own…

Hi this is Leslie Harris, and I have always loved animals.

Ever since I went to Scotland in the mid-90s, I have had a bit of an obsession which Highland Cows. These are small cows that have hair hanging in front of their faces, so imagine my excitement when I found out I could actually have one of these cows for my very own!

According to an article I read, cows make great pets.

Now I live in a densely populated neighborhood, but don’t laugh. A few years ago, one of my neighbors legally had a pet goat in her backyard, so if she had a goat, why can’t I have a cow?

I wonder what my husband will say? I’m sure he won’t mind, especially when he finds out that a Highland heifer will only cost us around $4,000. And think of all of the money we’ll save on milk!
