Is $1,495 too much to spend on one Christmas gift for a 3-7 year-old?

It seems crazy to me?  I think the biggest gift I ever bought my kids was about $400 for a gaming system.  It doesn’t mean I didn’t spend more for other gifts…but one gift at $1495 seems high to me.  The reason I bring this up is because Peloton has a gift for 3-7 year-olds that seems like a lot.  See Below.

Little Tikes is under fire for creating a Peloton-like bike for children. The stationary bike is for kids, ages 3 to 7. It has a screen attached for viewing videos. The bike costs $1,495. Little Tikes is also offering a monthly membership fee of $39 so kids can take online classes.
