K-9 Hudson Prints Available to Raise Money to Honor Him in Memorial Garden
You may remember back on May 24th when the Kane County Sherrif’s Office was responding to a call of a stolen vehicle. They tracked it down to Geneva, but sadly, it ended in tragedy.
The offender lost his life, but so did K-9 Hudson with the KCSO, who was immediately credited as a life-saving hero while being shot in the line of duty.
Now, in an effort to permanently honor the sacrifices Hudson made that day, there are prints of him being sold by local artist Lindsey Vidmar, who specializes in painting pets. You can look her up on Instagram and message her to purchase a print.

The money will be used to purchase a Gold Star brick at the Chicago Police Memorial’s K9 and Equine Plaza. Prints are $30, and any money raised over the cost of the memorial brick will be donated back to the KCSO K9 unit, according to Vidmer.
