Lincoln Park Zoo, One of The Best

Hi, it’s Leslie, and Lincoln Park Zoo was recently voted one of the best zoos in the country according to one website. They looked at animal welfare, education, conservation, and Lincoln Park Zoo came in the top 10! It’s also the only zoo on the list that’s still free.

I love Lincoln Park zoo. It’s much smaller than Brookfield Zoo, so I find it easier to navigate. Plus it is still free, which means that anyone can go, no matter what their financial situation is. AND, they have an awesome new lion exhibit. You can get really close to the lions. (safely!)

Parking is pricey, but if you’re plucky enough, you can figure out a cheaper place to park and get there by public transportation. Have you been to Lincoln Park Zoo lately? What do you love about it? Let me know in the Facebook comments.
