Man Sues Museum Of Ice Cream After Injuring Himself In The Sprinkle Pool

Here’s a sentence I bet you’d never thought you’d read: A man is suing New York City’s Museum of Ice Cream after injuring himself in the sprinkle pool!

Jeremy Shorr says he broke his ankle jumping into the pool, which is filled with oversized plastic sprinkles similar to a ‘ball pit’.

Shorr claims the museum should have warned guests that it was unsafe to jump in the pool.

A section of the museum’s website encourages visitors to “Dive into fun with our iconic sprinkle pool!” I guess ol’ Jer here took that literally!
