If you like your rock on the harder side, this is the night for you!

Ribfest, which is back after a two-year hiatus, welcomes in Halestorm, a Grammy winning metal rock band that is the first-ever female fronted group to reach the top of the charts.  They now have the most #1 songs of any female fronted rock band in history in the active rock format.  Led by Lzzy Hale, the first ever female brand ambassador for Gibson Guitars, Halestorm’s latest hit, “The Steeple” recently cracked the top 10.  The song will be released on the upcoming album “Back from the Dead” which will be released in May on the Atlantic label.  Halestorm has two (2) gold records to their credit and a Grammy for the hit song, “Love Bites.”  The band is currently on a spring / summer tour that is focusing on festivals and amphitheaters.  Hale has been an outspoken advocate for mental health issues.

Ribfest is the major fundraiser hosted by the Exchange Club of Naperville to help fight child abuse and domestic violence, while strengthening families in our local communities. As a result of these fundraising efforts, in Ribfest’s 32 years, over $18 million has been contributed back to our local communities in support of these causes.

After decade at Knoch Park in Naperville, the event takes place Fourth of July Weekend at the DuPage County Fair Grounds in Wheaton.
