Own Stock In Twitter? Not For Long!

Hi, Leslie Harris filling in for Mitch again and the big news of the day is that Elon Musk has struck a deal with Twitter. Musk will be purchasing all stock of Twitter for 44 billion dollars. If you own stock in Twitter, you will be paid approximately $54 per share.

Elon Musk says that he welcomes his harshest critics to continue to tweet. In a statement he said,

“Free speech is the bedrock of a functioning democracy, and Twitter is the digital town square where matters vital to the future of humanity are debated.”
