That’s really all it takes to make a positive impact on your health. Just ask Mike, a 17 year old high school student in Ohio who dropped over 100 pounds by cutting out pizza and walking to school. It took him about three years (his sophomore, junior and senior years), but look at him now – 115 lbs lighter!
