Pollyanna Brewing Company to Expand into St. Charles

If you’re a beer nerd like I am, it’s a good time to be alive – especially in the Chicagoland area!

Pollyanna Brewing, which started in Lemont almost five years ago and added a location in Roselle last year, is opening a third location here in the western suburbs!

The old Chords on Blue in St. Charles is the proposed new home for the crew from Pollyanna.

Various St. Charles city agencies reviewed the plans for the brewery’s new location with the whole city council to vote during their May meeting.

As far as what Pollyanna’s new location will look like and how it will operate isn’t quite known yet. I reached out for an interview but they declined since there were so many things still up in the air.

According to the report from the Kane County Chronicle, Pollyanna will be share a building with another big-name restaurant — Flagship on the Fox.

I, for one, am very excited. Pollyanna has been killing it ever since they opened in 2014, and any plan to spread their crafted optimism further is a good thing in my book!
