Putin Marks Victory Day

The world is watching to see what Russia’s leader will say about the war in Ukraine today.  The country is celebrating Victory Day, marking its win over Nazi Germany in World War Two.  Vladimir Putin is expected to give a speech soon amid a parade of troops, tanks and rockets.  Some U.S. officials think he may officially declare war in Ukraine or even victory, ten weeks after invading and just two days after a deadly school bombing.
