Ralph Macchio Joins Coldplay On Stage For 'The Karate Kid'

Coldplay brought out a special guest during Thursdays’ show in Melbourne, Australia.

Before playing their new song “The Karate Kid”, Chris Martin joked he’d lost his voice and asked if anyone in the audience could help him sing.

That’s when the Karate Kid himself, Ralph Macchio, walked on stage and took over lead vocals – though he was actually lip-syncing to pre-recorded vocals from Martin.
