River Listeners React to the Future of Naperville’s Moser Tower

Everyone who’s been to Naperville has noticed Moser Tower and heard the carillon bells ringing. It’s been a constant sight and sound over the past two decades, but recent structural deficiencies has put a big question mark over the future of the 160-foot structure.
