In today’s world, most people know someone who has been or is currently in a job search. Perhaps, even YOU have personally experienced this emotional roller coaster. It can be a time of uncertainty, with many challenges.
Since 1996, CNC has EMPOWERED its clients to seek fulfilling employment by providing job search and career development services to job seekers, career changers, and those seeking professional development advice.
Virtual resources offered at the Career & Networking Center are invaluable and we are here to meet your needs. A $100 annual membership to the CNC includes:
Career coaches to help you explore careers; discuss the best job search strategies to use; practice interviewing skills; review your resume; discuss networking strategies and branding and more.
Skill-based and confidence-building webinars help individuals grow professionally,
Job Search Work Team accountability groups help individuals feel a sense of community, helping alleviate the feeling of loneliness that can often arise in job search and can provide assistance to advancing one’s job search.
Networking groups such as the weekly Lisle Township Job Club provide an opportunity to network with others. Networking groups are open to all individuals in job search, without membership requirements.
A client recently shared how the Career & Networking Center resources and staff helped them land their “next success”, “I was so lost after my termination from my previous job. I joined CNC and it gave me the focus to move on albeit I was slow to get my footing on what I had to do for job search in the beginning. I joined an accountability group and met the greatest group of women that were so understanding and supportive. It was the best $100 I spent, so worth it. Great organization and support in job search. Would and have recommended it to anyone. Thanks so much, CNC!”
At the Career & Networking Center, you will find a supportive group of professionals ready to provide job search support to help individuals “land their next success”!
