Take A Look At This Awesome Food Truck!

As I was enjoying the Naperville Winter Ale Fest with thousands of my closest, coldest, and rain-soaked friends, this beauty stopped me in my tracks!
That behemoth is Bricks On Wheels – an offshoot of Brucks Wood-Fired Pizza Cafe in Oak Park. It’s a 20-foot shipping container, with a glass facade, ambient lighting, attached to a flat bed trucks. Thanks to the glass wall, the 900-degree wood-buring oven and prep area is visible from the outside.
When I saw them at the ale fest on Saturday, they were pumping out not only pizzas, but Ozzy too.
I can’t speak to their pizzas as I didn’t have the chance to try it, but I’d be surprised if they put that much effort into their truck to just have bad pizza.
