Take Me Out To the Ball Game…

Hi it’s Leslie Harris, and last night, I attended my first game of the Joliet Slammers Baseball team, and let me tell you, a great time was had by all. (even though the Slammers lost the game) If you’ve never been, you got to go.

It’s all the fun of a big league game, and then some, but at family-friendly prices. For example, the mascots entertain the crowd, they frequently have fireworks, every Tuesday is $2 Tuesday, and they also have Pet Day. They’ve even got a kids Club for fans 12 and under, with more great deals.

Regular tickets start at only $10! Can’t beat that.

The Joliet Slammers play at 1 Mayor Art Schultz Dr. in downtown Joliet, kiddie corner to the Joliet Metra Station.
