The City of Aurora is trying to lure the Bears to the western suburb. Aurora Mayor Richard Irvin sent a letter to Bears president and CEO to Kevin Warren to express his city’s interest and extend a personal invitation for the team to visit the city. The request follows the team’s decision to explore options beyond Arlington Heights. Naperville and Waukegan have also expressed interest in becoming the Bears’ new home.
