“Master Chef” isn’t just a reality TV show! It’s also one of the top certifications a chef can achieve, and it’s not easy!

You must endure a grueling week-long test all under the pressure of a timer and evaluators judging your every more.

Over the course of eight days, the chefs must show expertise in eight categories: healthy cooking, buffett catering, classical cuisine, freestyle, global cuisine, baking/pastry, and a “Final Exam” consisting of Eruopean cuisine and “market basket” (whatever that means).

Four chec’s attempted the recent CMC test, but only Chef Tim Bucci made it through to the end!
