Finding new and unique places to eat is always a treat, but finding new and unique eating adventures at an old favorite is even more festive!! The Drake Oak Brook Hotel has been an icon for a great many years, but in the past 5 years the old place has taken on a whole new aura and look. New owners Jim & Tely Nagle have just worked wonders and in keeping with their wonderful vision and their lovely and eclectic tastes they have turned this classic hotel into a must see must experience stop! The marvelous food and drink we were treated to on Friday night was so far beyond my limited cuisine vocabulary that I’m going to rely on the old adage of a pictures worth a thousand words.
