The Who had their equipment van stolen outside the Battersea Dog’s Home in England while they were inside purchasing a guard dog. The empty van was eventually recovered.

1976

“You Should Be Dancing” became The Bee Gees third US number one single.  This was the song that launched the trio into Disco stardom.

 After just getting his license back after a five-year suspension, Gregg Allman was arrested in Florida for drunk driving.
