You eat the right foods, exercise regularly and lead a fairly healthy life style. However, there’s something else you may not be doing and it’s pretty simple. Wash your bed sheets more often!

Among other nasty things, sheets can accumulate sweat, dirt, pollen, mold, and makeup. Even worse – they all come in close contact with your skin while you sleep.  Ick!

Washing your sheets every week is fine for most people. But if you’re sick, sleep in the nude, or go to bed without bathing, more often is better. Be sure to use warm, or hot water, because cold isn’t going to do the job.
