Tim Thomas’s Deep Cuts- Soundgarden! Can You Pick A Favorite!

Good Sunday Morning!  I am still going through the letter “S” in my Deep Cuts series and today we feature the 90’s grunge band Soundgarden!

1994 was a big year for the band.  Superunknown was a monster release for the band and yielded 2 Grammy singles including Spoonman and Black Hole Sun.  VH1 voted the band #14 on their list of the 100 Greatest Artists Of Hard Rock.  This band was only around for a short time, and then reunited in 2010.  Chris Cornell passed away from suicide in 2017 and the band decided to not continue on.

So even though their library isn’t as big as some others I was able to choose 4 songs to get the Deep Cut treatment:

Fresh Tendrils- Superunknown

Been Away Too Long- King Animal
