One of my favorite parts about the Super Bowl are the prop bets…or bets on things that have nothing to do with the final score.
Before I show you some of my favorite, here’s how you read the odds.
Positive odds reflect your profit should you bet $100 and are displayed as. For example, if you see +140, that means if you bet $100, you win $140.
Negative odds reflect the amount of money you would have to bet in order to win $100. For example, if you see -140, you would have to bet $140 to win 100.
Here are my favorites, with my predictions in bold:
Tony Romo, the QB turned broadcaster, has quickly made a reputation for predicting plays. Will you put your money where his mouth is?!
Will a play that Tony Romo predicts result in a touchdown?
There has been a push recently to have SpongeBob appear during the halftime show in some capacity because of the recent passing of it’s creator. Does he make an appearance?
Will a SpongeBob inflatable or costume be used during the halftime show?
Yes +500 (God I hope so!)
