It’s amazing to me that in these times that have hit the restaurant business so hard that there would be people STILL willing to build something from the ground up.
A few months ago, the Black Dog Vinyl Cafe opened to the public.
My good buddy KC Gulbro, owner of the world-renowned Foxfire steakhouse, is a few short months from opening up another space in Geneva called the Copper Fox.
And now I read at NCTV17.com that two new businesses are opening in downtown Naperville!
There’s a couple of new businesses in Downtown Naperville – Vasili’s which recently opened, and Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea that will open its doors next month. Learn more about the businesses we highlighted here:https://t.co/Q6gGTf5MBU

The first is a Mediterranean/Greek concept called Visili’s on Water Street.
The other is a coffee and tea joint called Sweetwaters on Washington at Central Park Place.
All local businesses deserve our business right now as they fight to stay open. But the people with the guts to START a business right now certainly desreves our help as well.
I wish them the best and I can’t wait for my first cup at Sweetwater and saganaki at Visili’s!
