The Elgin Breakfast Rotary is hosting a Zoom and Facebook Live interactive event with members of the Ukraine L’viv International Rotary Club on September 21 at 11:00am CST. As we wish for peace for Ukrainians, it is fitting that this event is being held on the International Day of Peace.
