We ain’t felt nothin’ yet!

Tired of winter yet?  Personally, I kept hoping it was going to stay fairly mild.  And maybe when I look back at the big picture, that will be the case.  But here we are, stuck in the thick of eerily cold temps!

As if yesterday weren’t bad enough with the single digits and sub-zero overnight, just look ahead a few days.  Well, actually, if you stop at Monday, it doesn’t seem so bad, right?  I mean it’s supposed to be in the 30’s.  Of course, there’s supposed to be snow.

And just a little side note here — as much as I hate extreme cold, snow is worse.  At least when the cold is gone, it’s gone.  (Unless it busts your pipes, so be careful about that.)  But when it snows, the headache is around long after it stops snowing.

OK, enough complaining about snow — let’s get back to complaining about the cold.  After our little dance with not-so-bad temperatures on Monday, then it’s time for Tuesday and Wednesday.  The high on Wednesday is below zero!  So it’ll be well below zero in the warmest part of the day!  That’s like saying that in my best financial state, I’ll only be a few thousand in debt.

Come to think of it, that’s pretty much how it is.  I guess when I look at it that way, the weather doesn’t seem so bad.  Crap.
