Welcome to Illinois Craft Beer Week!

With special events, new beer and bottle releases and a ton of other fun stuff, Illinois Craft Beer Week is one of my favorites times of the year!

My guy Chett Bret stopped by to hang out, share a brew and talk about all the fun stuff planned in the world of craft beer the next week and a half or so (because the beer industry can’t be contained by normal standards that define “a week”!).

Here’s a list of some of the big events slated for ICBW, including the granddaddy of them all – Beer Under Glass – which takes place tonight at the beautiful Garfield Park Conservatory.

And those are just the registered parties! I highly encourage you to check out your local brewery, whether you’ve been there before or not, and see what they have to offer!
