Good Saturday Morning! I hope you are listening to us on the radio or online.  It can help you to reduce stress!

I suspect many of us would like to find more ways to reduce stress in our lives.  And each of us do it in our own way.  For me, I try and do something I enjoy.  Quality time with a pet.  Watching my favorite sport teams.  Bubble bath…OK maybe not the last one.

People were asked to rank the ways they relieve stress from best to worse.  Results:

  1.  Having sex
  2. Sleeping
  3. Listening to music  ( works!)
  4. Taking a hot shower or bath.
  5. A massage (Hand & Stone is a good idea!)
  6. Walking
  7. Meditating
  8. Yoga
  9. Lighting a candle
