What You Eat Really Does Matter.

I try to eat as healthy as I can. I had a heart attack two and a half years ago and I was shocked to find I had the artery leading to my left ventricle 100% blocked. They call that one The Widow Maker. I got lucky. I didn’t eat that much fast food before but I did use a good bit of processed food. Stoffer’s, Healthy Choice and the like. So convenient. Who doesn’t like a frozen mini pizza for a good snack? Well now I’m not eating much if any of that stuff. More steamed veggies, fish and chicken. I’ll have the occasional steak but just on more spread out basis. So when I saw the piece on Ultraprocessed foods may increase your risk to dementia I checked it out. You should too.
