I try to eat as healthy as I can. I had a heart attack two and a half years ago and I was shocked to find I had the artery leading to my left ventricle 100% blocked. They call that one The Widow Maker. I got lucky. I didn’t eat that much fast food before but I did use a good bit of processed food. Stoffer’s, Healthy Choice and the like. So convenient. Who doesn’t like a frozen mini pizza for a good snack? Well now I’m not eating much if any of that stuff. More steamed veggies, fish and chicken.
