Where Are the Scarecrows?

Hi this is Leslie Harris, in for  Mitch Michaels once again.

I was in downtown Westmont earlier today. What a fun surprise to see the downtown streets lined with scarecrows! Many of them were made by scout troops and other individuals, some were made by the businesses themselves.

Halloween is one of my favorite times of year, and this year even more so. All of the brightly colored pumpkins and mums and other decorations have really brought a smile to my face, especially as we have had so many gray days lately.

Now, as you may have heard, Nick Jacobs is our very own scarecrow King. He won a scarecrow contest with his CareSource Rex at the Bronkerry Farm in Plainfield.
